Wela Creative Studio Summer 2019 Internship
The Wela Creative Studio internship program is a one-of-a-kind experience where you’ll get to learn about the inner workings of a company in a hands-on environment! The internship can be completed for college credit OR volunteer hours (it’s all about building your resume, right?). Perks include tons of learning, a relaxed dress code, complimentary branding/blogging courses, company outings, and a seriously fun work environment!

Editorial Intern
As an Editorial Intern, you’ll be working closely with our editorial team! Key responsibilities in this position include crafting blog posts, writing social media captions, and creating content for various client projects. Your day-to-day will look a little like this: cultivating story ideas, meeting with your editor to pitch ideas, assisting with client projects, and taking our blog to the next level!

Graphic Design Intern
As a graphic design intern, you’ll be working with the Creative and Marketing team to turn ideas into engaging graphics. You’ll create a wide variety of graphics and images such as Pinterest graphics, social media graphics, branding materials, and blog post graphics. Organization is key for us, so you’ll also assist in managing and organizing the design department when it comes to internal documents and clients documents. Our ideal Graphic Design intern will be able to understand the Wela Creative Studio brand and create graphics that accurately fit the color, look, and overall feel of the company. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is a must.

Business Development Intern
In this position, you’ll be working closely with our Co-Founder and Head of Business Development, Lorena! If you have an interest in entrepreneurship and are passionate about all things business strategy, this is your dream internship. Key responsibilities in this position include assisting Lorena with her daily duties at Wela Creative Studio, helping to manage her social media and company Majka, and growing her blog, Call Me Lore. Each day on the job will look different, but Lorena will count on you to be her right-hand gal! You’ll gain valuable insight into what it’s like to be an entrepreneur and blogger.
