As fall comes into full swing, we’re looking to refresh our routines and recover from a fun and sun-filled summer. We’ve been loving unique branding, artsy apparel, and innovative health solutions this September.

Take a look at some of the brands we’re obsessing over at the moment. From shower caps to cryogenic therapy, this month’s roundup is one you can’t miss!

SEED

Seed invites you to look through their “weboscope” and gain a new perspective on bacteria. They created a daily synbiotic that goes beyond what any other probiotic on the market does, and it’s shaking up the health industry — Seed is making science chic.

Why we love them:
  • Cutting-edge: Seed’s products are backed by innovative research about microbiomes and bacteria importance. They’re committed to taking a new approach to health and looking at bacteria in a different light.

  • Health-oriented: Seed is all about the health of its customers, and they have a large team of doctors and scientists working behind the scenes to guarantee customer health and satisfaction.

  • Informative site: Their site doesn’t just sell products, it also teaches you about science! Seed has a strong brand identity, which we love, and their site is interactive in fun ways that encourage you to learn about the science behind their products.

By now we know probiotics (mostly belonging to the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) confer a number of health benefits to the host (that’s us 😏). ⠀ While we mostly hear about the digestive and immune health benefits, it might surprise you to know they also biosynthesize vitamins in the colon, including folate🔬. Our Female Daily Synbiotic is the first probiotic to include strains that synthesize folate and increase production in the body💥. ⠀ ⠀ Why is folate important🤓? ⠀ Folate is a crucial vitamin—supporting the production and maintenance of red blood cells, as well as DNA. In the female body, it also plays a critical role in developmental periods during pregnancy🤰. ⠀ ⠀ Women are routinely recommended to fortify their bodies with folate, typically through nutrition-rich foods like leafy greens, 🥑, and citrus fruits🍋, or in the form of folic acid, via supplements (which have a short half-life and are excreted by the body after 7 hours 😞).⠀ ⠀ The use of folate-producing strains is an example of the future of probiotics—namely, looking to understand the function (not just the identity) of strains🔭.

For your world within. 🌱🌏🌼 ⠀ ⠀ No animal or soil strains here. Just 24 clinically-verified, naturally-occurring strains, not found in yogurt or fermented foods and beverages, validated through 23+ clinical studies, sourced globally in partnership with leading academic and industry partners, identified and tested with exclusive technology developed by scientists with IP from Harvard Medical School's Department of Genetics and The Department of Molecular Biology at Massachusetts General Hospital, biofermented with 28 critical growth factors, and regulated at the highest global standard. 😯⠀ ⠀ Oh… and formulated by the scientist who wrote the globally-accepted definition of 'probiotics' for the United Nations. 😀👨🏻‍🔬⠀ ⠀ Happy Seeding 🌱😉

KITSCH

Hair ties, bobby pins, scrunchies, oh my! Kitsch is a one-stop shop for all the quirky accessories your heart desires. Cassandra Thurswell founded Kitsch with money saved up from working at a cupcake shop, and this LA-based company has come a long way since the days of Thurswell tying every hair tie herself in her apartment.

Why we love them:
  • Unique styles: These are not your mother’s hair accessories. Kitsch is anything but normal, and their products — from hair clips to shower caps — are uniquely designed in contemporary styles that differ from anything else on the market.

  • Breezy branding: Kitsch’s aesthetic is akin to a light, airy, running through a field of flowers in the summer kind of feel. Their branding sticks to light colors and fresh faces, and their Instagram feed is what we see in our dreams.

  • Positive culture: Kitsch’s website says they’re “built by staying positive no matter what.” This kind of attitude can take you so far, and we love that they’re all about positive company culture at Kitsch.

DAZEY LA

Dazey LA is an art apparel, accessories, and decor brand with unmistakable 70s vibes that we just can’t get enough of! Every design is hand-drawn by owner Danielle Nagel and handmade in LA in small batches.

Why we love them:
  • Fun feed: Dazey LA is the epitome of a fun, energetic feed. Yellows, oranges, and reds dominate their Instagram page, and all the interesting locations of the photos serve as serious inspiration for our own personal feeds.

  • Girl power central: This company is about female empowerment from the inside out. With a female owner and designer, the company celebrates girl power in its operations, branding, and designs.

  • Boss blog: Danielle continues her empowering message through a blog as well. We love that she talks so openly about the challenges of maintaining your sanity while working hard on your business or passion project. It’s so important to remember we’re never alone in our struggles!

TOAST SOCIETY CAFE

Toast Society Cafe is a gourmet toast and coffee bar based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Yes, you read correctly, gourmet toast bar. Opened earlier this year, Toast Society set out to serve delicious, well-balanced meals that keep people happy and nourished.

Why we love them:
  • Wholesome ingredients: They keep it simple with wholesome ingredients and source food locally and organically whenever possible. Toast Society serves sweet and savory toasts as well as smoothies, bowls, and coffee that fuel the body and taste amazing.

  • Out-of-the-box: Why not start a restaurant centered around toast? We love out-of-the-box ideas that might seem crazy at first. Your wildest dreams (aka an all-toast cafe) can come to life if you work for it!

  • Making healthy trendy: Avocado toast is all the rage, and Toast Society is transforming the demand for toast into a trend of healthy eating. It’s impossible to browse through their feed without starting to crave some peanut butter toast or a smoothie bowl.

CLEAN MARKET

Clean Market is an upscale wellness center based in New York City, and their easy and joyful approach to health is so refreshing. A trip to their cafe, spa, or drip lounge is a one-way ticket to rejuvenation.

Why we love them:
  • Healing services: Clean Market offers a range of services to refresh the mind and body. Infrared saunas, cryotherapy, and wellness drips have a long list of benefits including boosted metabolism, speedy muscle recovery, and cured hangovers.

  • Relaxation central: They’re all about relaxation and holistic wellness at Clean Market, and their ultimate goal is to make you feel well. Clean Market is a perfect place to take a step back from reality and just relax.

  • Simplistic design: Their website and Instagram feed expertly balances minimalism and color creating a clean, appealing aesthetic that nicely illustrates their brand’s wellness message.
